Our promise: this toolkit keeps growing. New teaching tools and teaching materials are added on an ongoing basis, and every one added while your pass is active is yours automatically — at no extra cost. You have our word that we’re building this into the best set of teaching resources a teacher can have in one place.
What it isn’t: a Teacher Pass is not a tutor listing — it doesn’t put you on the tutor board or connect you with students. If you teach independently and want students, the toolkit is included with every active listing; see how listing works.

How it works

  1. Create your account (or log in) using the box on this page. Before you pay, you can click Start for a 24-hour preview of every tool and material (printing is switched off during the preview).
  2. Choose a plan and pay by card on our secure checkout, or the way tutors pay us — bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Alipay or WeChat, or USDT. The options appear after you sign in.
  3. Paid by card? Use the same email as your account at checkout and you’re done. Paid another way? Send us your payment reference (and a screenshot if you have one) in the same box.
  4. We activate it by hand — usually within a day — and email you. Every tool then opens.

Questions

Do I have to be a teacher on Global Tutor Board?

No. The pass is for any teacher — in a school, an academy, online, or at home — who wants the tools. It is separate from a tutor listing.

Can I print the materials?

Yes, with an active pass. Every printed page carries a faint Global Tutor Board watermark with your licence code, so a printout can’t be passed off as someone else’s and shared copies can be traced back to the account. Printing is switched off during the 24-hour preview.

Does it renew by itself?

No. You pay once for the plan you choose, and it ends on its date. We’ll show your end date in My Toolkit, and if you renew early the extra time is added to what you have left — you never lose days.

Is the pass refundable?

Teacher Pass purchases are final, so please try first: 3 of the tools are open to everyone. If something doesn’t work, or you need something we don’t have, message us from your account and we’ll sort it out. Any rights you have under the law where you live are not affected — see the Refund Policy.

Can several teachers at my school share it?

A pass belongs to one account. If a group of teachers will share one, message us and we’ll sort it out — we’re happy to talk about it.

I’m already a listed tutor — do I need this?

No — your listing already includes the whole toolkit while it’s active. A pass is for teachers who aren’t listed.

By buying you agree to our Terms and Refund Policy; all Teacher Pass purchases are final. See the Privacy notice for how we handle payment receipts. Questions? Contact us.
