Page visits, whether or not the person has an account. Visits before come from Cloudflare’s sampled browser analytics (rounded, and they include your own visits); from then on every visit is counted by us, excluding you and bots. One person opening a page twice counts twice.

People who once signed up as tutors and never became paid listings. Each person gets one email per round (a Teacher Toolkit email first, then a WhatsApp channel invite, then the ambassador program invite) with an unsubscribe link. Anyone who unsubscribes, or who has an account now, is skipped automatically. Emails go out one at a time with a pause between, and no more than 100 in 24 hours.

Sends a real, standalone email with your subject and body — the recipient reads it without logging in. Separate from the platform's private-message notifications. Sends are paced one-by-one with a delay, not fired all at once.
Every tutor gets a referral link automatically once approved (see their dashboard). This lists everyone with at least one referral. "Owed" = $2 per paid & approved referral, minus payouts already recorded here — payout itself is still manual (PayPal/Wise), this just tracks it instead of guessing.

Leads from the /request form. Review each and assign one tutor — only approved + paid + active tutors can be picked. The platform then opens a Global Tutor Board conversation between that student and tutor; the tutor gets it in their inbox, the student is emailed a link (or you copy one if they gave no email).
Either side of a conversation can report the other — a tutor flagging a fake/scammy student, or a student flagging a tutor. Nothing is hidden automatically; review the thread and act by hand.
